Can Biofeedback help with stress?
Stress is a natural and physical reaction to life experiences. We all have stress and in short term situations it can be beneficial to our health. Over long periods of time this can lead to a disease state. Stress can also affect our emotions, leading to anxiety, brain fog, lack of motivation, irritability, and depression.

The subtle electrical signals emitted during a session create a ripple effect in your body causing the body to work more effectively on a cellular level.
